NRRTS is dedicated to ensuring the provision of high-quality Rehabilitation Technology and related services to people with disabilities. All NRRTS registrants meet specific professional membership requirements and agree to adhere to cornerstones of Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice which ensure that quality, professionalism and integrity are daily guidelines for providing services and products to people with disabilities.

Border Mobility, Inc. is a member of the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA) which "was formed by mobility dealers to promote and support members that are engaged in providing vehicle modifications for people with disabilities." NMEDA establishes guidelines to insure that industry "best practices" are observed and that members follow not only NMEDA guidelines, but also manufacturers instructions, Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) recommended practices, and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) safety standards and practices.
